How do I place a film development order?
Log in to your account, go to New Order, fill in your film roll details, select a laboratory, and complete payment. You will receive a confirmation email and can track your order in real time.
How long does development take?
Processing time varies by laboratory, typically 2โ5 business days. You can see the estimated turnaround on the laboratory's profile page.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana), and QRIS via Midtrans. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel before the laboratory accepts your order. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
What if my film is damaged or lost?
Contact us immediately with your order number. We will investigate with the laboratory and process a refund if applicable.
How do I download my scanned photos?
Once scanning is complete, you will receive an email notification. Log in, open your order, and download your scans from the Files section.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.
