By accessing or using filmlab ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

filmlab is a digital platform for managing film development orders. It connects customers with film development laboratories. All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

All orders placed through the platform are subject to availability and acceptance by the respective laboratory. Payment is processed via Midtrans and is subject to their payment terms. Prices are stated in IDR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the platform

All content, logos, and software on the platform are the property of filmlab or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

filmlab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
